The CenTex OpEx Consortium provides a forum for sharing knowledge and experience between member companies in Central Texas in the use of operational excellence tools and systems to drive strategic productivity improvement.

For operations and continuous improvement leaders in manufacturing, services, and government organizations, who need to improve their operational effectiveness, the CenTex OpEx Consortium is the ideal choice for benchmarking and a repository of best practices.

Unlike individual company benchmarking, the CenTex OpEx consortium provides effective cross-company, cross-industry and cross-tool peer-to-peer learning.

While the membership fee is minimal, the benefits are significant.

Each member receives an annual system review conducted by highly experienced OpEx Solutions’ Associates.

The Consortium hosts learning and training sessions monthly.  Each member, based on their membership level, gets 1 to 4 FREE seats for the highly valued training and can purchase additional seats at member prices. 

Since, no initiative can succeed without good leadership, the Consortium conducts additional activities for leadership development.

Lastly, while like interest groups will be formed to maximize learning and sharing, we are committed to protecting the competitive advantage and sensitive information of competing members.
