LEADER STRATEGY SESSIONS

Leader Strategy Sessions focus on operational excellence transformation — failures and success factors, tools and approaches. This forum is for operations leaders to meet on a quarterly basis to exchange knowledge and experience. They are typically three hours in duration, scheduled at times convenient for member leaders, and held at member or off-site locations.
BENCHMARKING EVENTS

Benchmarking Events focus on knowledge exchange with respect to practical application of operational excellence tools and systems. These events provide the ideal opportunity for face-to-face networking between member companies. Benchmarking Events, held at member organizations, focus on key topics to provide participants a systemic view into the practical implementation of operational excellence tools and systems.
LIKE-INTEREST GROUP EVENTS
1.5. hrs./1.5 PDUs
Like-Interest Group Events are online sessions that focus on topics of current interest. The sessions are typically held midday (11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CST) for the convenience of CenTex OpEx Consortium members.
