Rudy Villarreal has extensive experience in health management. His area of expertise is contract management specifically the management of Medicaid and CHIP health maintenance organization contracts. Villarreal was considered subject matter expert for managed care. He developed processes, designed and developed training material and provided training for hundreds of health & human services employees.

 

Rudy’s experience also includes identifying, recommending, and coordinating the implementation of process improvement and developing and implementing training programs. He centralized the complaints tracking, analyzing and corrective action system for the State of Texas’ Managed Care. He was also instrumental in retaining and improving enrollments in managed care programs.

 

He has bachelors and masters’ degrees in Political Science and Theology. Villarreal is also certified for online facilitation of training and workshops.
